Use the following steps to turn on or turn off the Battery Saver feature in Windows 10 using the Settings app:-

Step 2: Go to the System category in the Settings window.

Step 3: Find the Battery tab left side and turn off the toggle next to “Battery Saver.”

Step 2: You can enable/disable the battery saver by clicking on the Battery saver tile as per your requirements.

How to Turn on or Turn off Battery Saver in Windows 10 using Command Prompt?

Although it is impossible to enable/disable battery saver with the help of Command Prompt, you can use it to configure the battery saver percentage.

Use the following steps to do the same:-

Step 1: Go to the Open the Command Prompt on your computer.

To do so, go to the Taskbar and click on the start button. Type the Command prompt in there, and press Enter. Once you do that, click on the Command Prompt option in the search results.

Step 2: Type the following in the Command Prompt window:-

powercfg /setdcvalueindex scheme_current sub_energysaver esbattthreshold <Batterypercentage>

Replace the <Batterypercentage> with the percentage of battery. After that, enable the Battery Saver. For instance, we want to enable Battery Saver when my battery percentage reaches 70%. Hence, my command will be:-

powercfg /setdcvalueindex scheme_current sub_energysaver esbattthreshold 70%
