How to Move Windows 11 Taskbar to Left, Right, or Top of Screen?

If you’ve recently upgraded or installed Windows 11, you’ll notice that the Taskbar is fixed to the bottom of the screen, and icons are centered.
Unlike Windows 10, Windows 11 does not provide any options for moving the Taskbar to
any side of the screen.
However, a registry tweak allows you to move the  Windows 11 Taskbar to the screen’s left, right, or top.
This risewindows article will show you how to use Registry Editor to move your Windows 11 Taskbar to the screen’s left, right, or top.

Step 3. Then, double-click on the Settings REG_BINARY in the right pane of the StuckRects3 folder.
