It consists of various options like File, Edit, View, Tools, Bookmarks, Tools, etc. Now, this Menu Bar remains hidden by default. However, if you want, you can make it visible anytime. You can do that by right-clicking the tab bar and going to the Menu Bar option. You can also press the ALT key on the keyboard to temporarily activate the Menu Bar.

You can use the same way to hide the Menu Bar. You can un-check the Menu Bar option by right-clicking on the tab bar and getting it done. Also, when you use Firefox on full screen (F11), it makes the Menu Bar disappear automatically.
