At last, uncheck the “Leave touchpad on when a mouse is connected” option. If you” move your finger on your Touchpad after completing the preceding steps, you will notice that it is no longer working if you have connected the mouse to your PC. Remove the mouse, and your Touchpad will resume regular operation.

This setting works even if you use a Bluetooth mouse.

Step 1. First of all, open Windows Settings.

Step 2. After that, click on Devices.Step 3. Now, under Devices, select Touchpad in the left sidebar.Step 4. Next, on the right side of the Touchpad , uncheck the option “Leave touchpad on when a mouse is connected.”

If you have connected your mouse to your PC after completing the preceding steps, you will notice that it no longer works when you move your fingers on your Touchpad. Remove the mouse from the PC, and your Touchpad will resume its regular operation.
