We will use a freeware tool AnyBurn to create a Windows 11 bootable ISO that automatically bypasses system requirements. Then you need an official Windows 11 ISO file that you need to download from the Microsoft website if not already done. When you’re ready with these two files, you can proceed with the steps.

Step 1. Firstly, download and install AnyBurn ISO editor software on your Windows PC.

Step 2. When AnyBurn is installed on your computer, launch it by double-clicking on its shortcut icon on the desktop.

Step 3. Then, click the “Edit image file” button to see the “Edit image file” window.

Step 4. Afterward, click on the folder icon “Select an image file.”

Step 5. Then, in the “File Explorer” window, select the Windows 11 ISO you have already downloaded. Then click the Open button.

Step 6. Now, click the Next button.

Step 7. Next, expand the “sources” folder on the right-side pane by double-clicking on it.

Step 8. Scroll down and select the file “appraiserres.dll.” The file size is 193KB.

Step 9. So. click the Remove button.

Step 10. Then, on the AnyBurn prompt, click Yes.

Step 11. After that, the appraiserres.dll file removes, and you need to save the ISO image from remaining bootable. Click the Next button.

Step 12. Select the location and name the ISO file by clicking on the Folder icon.

Step 13. Click the Create Now button.

Step 14. Now AnyBurn will start processing the ISO file, and you will see the progress bar. When the progress bar reaches 100%, click the Exit button.
