Step 1: First, choose an image and right-click on it, and in the context menu, click on copy.

You can also go to the Paint application and edit the image. Simultaneously press Ctrl + A shortcut keys and then press Ctrl + C shortcut keys to select and copy the desired image respectively.

Step 2: Once the image is copied, go to Microsoft and in a blank document, simultaneously press Ctrl + Vshortcut keys to paste the selected image.

Step 3: Click on the File tab.

Step 4: On the Backstage View, click on the Save As option.
