How to Change Password & SSID of Jio Fiber Router through MyJio?

You can change the password and SSID of your Jio Fiber router using your smartphone and the MyJio app.

Follow these steps to change the Jio Fiber router’s password and SSID using MyJio:

Step 1. Make sure your smartphone is connected using your Jio Fiber router. Then, open the MyJio app and log into your account.

Step 2. Then, tap Fiber in the menu.

Step 3. After that, tap My device at the bottom.

Step 4. Then tap Wi-Fi settings from the My device page.

Step 5. For changing the user ID from the “Wi-Fi settings,” tap on each SSID’s Edit Name. After editing, tap the Submit button. Now, tap the Change password to change the password. Tap the Submit button to save the changes after entering the new password.

How to Change Jio Fiber Router Password & SSID using Jio.com?

You can also change the Jio Fiber router password & SSID using Jio’s official website:

Step 1. First of all, browse the jio website.

Step 2. Then, type your registered mobile number or service ID in the provided box and click the Generate OTP button. Step 3. Next, check your mobile for OTP and enter that OTP on jio website. Now, hit Submit button.

Step 4. When you enter the correct OTP and press the Submit button, it will open the Jio dashboard page. After that, click on the Settings (gear icon) from the menu.Step 5. Then, expand My device by clicking on it. Step 6. After that, expand JioFiber Home Gateway.Step 7. Now, click on the Advanced settings.

You will find all the SSID listed under the Advanced settings. Click on the pencil icon for each SSID (Wi-Fi Name) to change the user ID. Then to change the password, click the Change password. Finally, click the Submit button to save after entering your new password.
